I am Ann and I am lucky to own and run the small wedding venue ‘Runaway’. Flowers are the beating  heart of every wedding here at Runaway Irish Weddings and are carefully chosen and arranged to meet every couples dreams and to reflect their personalities.

I have always created our own venue and table decor using beautiful flowers and foliage from our own extensive gardens.

Last year I decided to improve my self taught skills and started to train with the infamous Kay’s Flower School based in Dublin. During this time I have definitely found my signature style which is wild, boho and romantic!  

I am absolutely passionate about creating beautiful wedding flowers and floral arrangements and spend way too many hours researching my flower heroes! 

We have recently created a wild flower meadow and have also started our own cut flower beds in a bid to become more sustainable and to place a gentler and kinder footstep on our world 

A memory is an emotion, a moment captured and framed for all time. A wedding creates so many memories and your flowers should be so much more than just decoration. They should be an expression of joy, romance and capture the fleeting beauty of this beautiful and unforgettable moment

From the second  you call us until your wedding day we will start to weave your floral tale. Flowers are a little like poetry - soft, expressive and full of personal meaning.

Whatever your vision I am here to bring it to life with grace, heart and a little floral magic!

We only ever book one wedding a weekend or weekday to ensure you get the best of our attention and that we create your vision. 

All wedding bookings begin with a meeting (and of course coffee and cake!) Here I can sit and chat with you and discuss your ideas, themes and colour schemes and for the completely lost and overwhelmed I can gently help and guide you!

 I can show you ranges of flowers and colours on my online collections and send you copies of our combined ideas and flower choices so you can take your time to think at home and perhaps show friends and family

I am happy to visit your ceremony location and venue to ensure we make the best choices and that they work with your venue. Photos can work too..

All flowers will be delivered on the morning of your wedding and if required from ceremony to reception.
